Has someone ever told you that they were just waiting for the perfect moment to give you some good news? So they kept something that would have brightened your day to themselves ALL day simply because they were waiting on the ‘perfect moment’. As nice as it may sound to wait for perfect moments, sometimes the good news you have for someone is what makes ‘the perfect moment’. So many people are going through alot and they just need to hear some good news in order for their hope to be rekindled….the hope that things will get better…

If as Management, you agreed to and signed off some great incentives for your staff, let them know, even if actualisation is a month away. That month will be better for your staff than if they didn’t know.
If you are in recruitment and have agreed on a candidate to offer a job, let them know, and give them the offer.
If a bidder has won a tender on a Friday afternoon, let them know. You don’t have to wait for Monday if everything has been finalised.
Let us not withhold good news, unduly… Give someone some good news today ๐.
