A seed that is carelessly thrown by the wayside does not know that it landed there unintentionally. Instead, it will do what seeds do if the conditions are right โ germinate, grow and bear fruit. Our words are seeds and they hold so much power. Countless times, we forget this principle and joke about certain things and laugh them off without realising that they are moulding a certain reality in our lives.
A number of us hear and make jokes like, โYou canโt find love in Lusakaโ or โThese days, even if companies advertise job openings, they have already selected candidates for the position.โ Meanwhile, we may be praying night and day for a good marriage and a good job. Dear Christian in the marketplace (and in Lusaka ๐), let your confessions match your supplications.
Your particular situation may not be about marriage or a new job, it could be about your business, a family challenge, a promotion and so on. The bottomline is thisโฆ๐๐๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐๐ก ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ.
